I had an amazing stay with breathtaking views from my upgraded room and I loved the friendly staff who were genuinely helpful throughout my visit.

Had an amazing stay with friends! We loved being so close to Parliament and the ByWard Market—great for a fun day out. The lounge had a nice breakfast and the pool was a great way to unwind. Just a heads up, some rooms feel a bit dated, so request a recently updated one!

Our room's bathroom was really small and the bathtub had some grime. It could use a refresh for sure.

I had a solid sleep on that king bed, It's like laying on a cloud! The buffet breakfast had just enough choices for both of us to satisfy our different tastes, loved that!

It wasn't exactly cheap though honestly acceptable.

The corner room was awesome with a private balcony. I loved the views of the water! Plus, the breakfast buffet had fresh eggs just the way I wanted. Only thing was, it got a bit loud at night from the street.

The Executive King Corner room with private Balcony was very nice! Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and loved the big bottles of shampoo. The provided slippers were a nice touch. Used the bike rentals for an awesome day out. The outdoor seating at the restaurant was perfect for a casual meal too.

The indoor pool was a perfect way to relax, and I truly appreciated the complimentary bicycle rental. The only drawback was the gym being a bit crowded in the mornings, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment! 🚴‍♂️

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me find my lost bracelet. I recommend trying the breakfast!

It was just an optimal selection for strolling around in Ottawa with attractive and competitive value for money. We enjoyed that the staff comped us for the nightly noise that kept us up two nights in a row. Avoid being on a floor with event rooms if you want some peace and quiet.
